Then, they are taken to veterinarians or clinics offering free or discounted sterilization services for T-N-R cats; this is the “N.” Finally, when they have recuperated from their surgery, these cats are returned to an established cat colony under the guidance of a registered caretaker – the “R” that finishes the name.
